Trisha grew up on a farm in Centralia, Ontario. She gained an interest in music at South Huron District High School where she learned to play the saxophone and became involved with the music community in South Huron. Trisha continued her education at The University of Western Ontario where she graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology and Spanish Language, and then at Niagara University in Toronto where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education.
Trisha has been involved in various community groups in both London and the South Huron area, including the Odd Soul Collective. Her hobbies include playing guitar and saxophone, and knitting.
Trisha has recently returned from teaching English in South Korea.
